After your 14-day trial you add a payment method via Mollie. You're billed monthly based on the number of active properties. If you don't add a payment method, your account is paused — no charges, no surprises.
All your properties are billed at the same rate, based on your total count. 1–4 properties: €5 each. 5–10 properties: €4 each. 11+: €3 each. The more you grow, the less you pay per property.
